General Chair of the Indonesian Bankers Association & Director of BCA Consumer Banking, Haryanto T. Budiman, said that banks in facing digital transformation also continue to encourage increasing banker competency in the digital field even though there are no regulations regarding mandatory banker certification.

Bankers see the importance of developing competencies related to digitalization and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). Therefore, bankers hope that there will be special regulations from the OJK regarding certification for Indonesian bankers?
