Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Next year, Telkomsel and Indihome Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) customers will have single billing. It is hoped that this feature will make it easier for customers to pay for services at Telkomsel.

“Single Bill, a service that has been separate all this time. I have been a Halo card all this time, Indihome itself. When Single Billing becomes one because it is the same person in the same house,” said VP Home Broadband and FMC Telkomsel, Dedi Suherman, when we met Press Conference Indihome Karaokein Jakarta, Friday (22/12/2023).

He said the feature concept was still being developed. Including the question of the number of bills that will be sent to customers.

Single billing is said to be launched in 2024. “In 2024, it will be released, but we can't state the time,” he said.

This product will be different from Telkomsel One which was launched after Indihome joined Telkomsel. Dedi explained that Telkomsel One is a bundling product of all company services.

However, this bundling is not only mobile and fixed, namely Telkomsel and Indihome. However, you can also use Orbit, which is a quota-based service, or a combination of the three.

Another FMC product that will be launched is to make products that are more affordable. Dedi said that many people think that Indihome is expensive.

“We want to serve the medium market,” said Dedi.

On the same occasion, Telkomsel also launched Indihome Karaoke. This product was released two years ago but with several updates.

This service provides more than 5,000 songs. To access it, you can download the application via the Indihome Apps Store with a subscription price of IDR 20 thousand.

“With Indihome Karaoke, it will complete entertainment. It can be accessed, open your respective Set-top-box (STB), download Indihome Karaoke directly and play,” said GM IPTV Product and Marketing Operation Telkomsel, Anto Sihombing.
